We have held meetings with employers and learners to better understand which parts of which forms were causing the most confusion. Following on from these meetings we have cut out as much jargon as possible from all of our forms. We have also added more images, pictures and icons to the forms where possible to make the questions clearer. Through our meetings we also discovered that a large proportion of our forms contained information requested twice. We, therefore, removed any duplication on our forms and simplified the layout.
